By using Dog Days, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

Dog Days is provided for personal use to track and share dog care logs, including meals, poops, care events, routines, medications, pupdates, photos, notes, and related dog care information.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and any activity under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Pack Sharing

If you join a Pack, your logs, pupdates, dog profiles, caregiver guides, and other care information may be visible to other authorized Pack members. This may include Pack owners, members, approved walkers, and temporary caregivers, depending on the access granted by the Pack owner.

Invite codes, join requests, and caregiver access are intended only for people you trust to view or contribute to your Pack. A Pack can be locked if its subscription is inactive.

Subscriptions

Dog Days offers an auto-renewing subscription to unlock Pack sharing. One active Pack subscription may unlock eligible Pack features for authorized Pack members, subject to app rules and Apple subscription status.

• Price: $1.99 per month (your local price may vary)
• Introductory offer: Eligible new subscribers may receive a 2-week free trial, if offered.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase or at the end of the free trial.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s media services terms.

Content

You keep ownership of content you upload, but you grant Dog Days permission to store and display it within your Pack to provide app functionality.

Care Information

Dog Days is for tracking and coordinating dog care information. It is not a veterinary, medical, or emergency service. Medication notes, routines, reminders, caregiver guides, and care logs are for organization only and should not replace advice from a veterinarian.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Disclaimer

Dog Days is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dog Days will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, unless otherwise required by law.
