Analytics and Diagnostics
We use analytics and diagnostic tools, including Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, to understand how Dog Days is used, improve features, and identify crashes, errors, and stability issues. This may include app launches, screens viewed, taps and interactions, onboarding and subscription events, crash logs, diagnostic events, device model, operating system version, and app version.
We use this information to operate, improve, and troubleshoot the app. We do not use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Your content is stored privately and is only accessible to you and authorized members of your Pack inside the app. Depending on your Pack settings and approved access, this may include Pack owners, members, walkers, and temporary caregivers. We use trusted service providers to run Dog Days:
- Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, file storage, messaging, analytics, and crash diagnostics
- Apple for subscription purchases and entitlement management
These providers process data on our behalf to provide app functionality.
